Terms of Service

1. Who we are
1.1. Bublik Games is a game studio brand. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern purchases of digital items in Bublik Games titles paid with a Visa or Mastercard card issued outside Russia, Apple Pay or Google Pay, including in the Bublik Games mini app in Telegram (@bublik_games_bot).
1.2. For these purchases the seller is SHEVKUNOV LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 919 North Market Street, Suite 950, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA ("we", "us").
1.3. Purchases paid in Russian rubles (a Russian bank card, SBP, SberPay or T-Pay) are sold by Individual Entrepreneur Alexander Sergeevich Shevkunov under the public offer. Purchases paid with Telegram Stars are processed by Telegram under its own terms. Purchases on third-party game platforms follow the rules of those platforms.
2. Accepting these Terms
2.1. By completing a payment you accept these Terms and the Refund Policy. If you are under 18, you may buy only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. What we sell
3.1. We sell digital items for use inside our games: rules packs and extra modes, looks and themes, extra levels and regions, resource packs, unlimited hints, ad removal and bundles of these. Each item, its contents and its price are shown in the game before you pay.
3.2. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the item inside our games. It has no cash value and cannot be resold or exchanged for money. We do not sell items with random contents.
3.3. Free features stay free. A purchase only adds what its description says.
4. Prices and payment
4.1. The price in US dollars is shown on the payment button before checkout and again on the payment page. It is calculated from the item's ruble price at the official exchange rate of the Bank of Russia for the day, rounded up to the nearest X.99, and is never lower than 0.99 USD. The price is fixed at the moment of payment.
4.2. Payment is processed by Stripe on its secure payment page. We do not receive or store your card details. Your bank may charge its own fees, for example for currency conversion.
4.3. Every purchase is a one-time payment. We do not save your card and do not set up recurring charges. "No ads for a month" bought by card lasts 30 days and does not renew; buying it again adds another 30 days.
5. Delivery
5.1. The item unlocks automatically as soon as the payment service confirms the payment to our server, usually within seconds. It is linked to your Telegram account (or your studio account on the website) and works on any device where you use that account.
5.2. If an item has not unlocked within 24 hours, email us with the date, amount and payment method and we will unlock it or refund you.
6. Refunds
6.1. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
7. Use of the games
7.1. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with other players or the service, or use the games for anything unlawful. We may limit access for accounts that do.
7.2. We may update, change or retire games and features. Features you paid for stay available for as long as the game is offered; if we retire a game within 12 months of your purchase of an item for it, you may ask for a refund of that item.
8. Liability
8.1. The games are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the item concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. We will first try to resolve any dispute by email.
10. Changes
10.1. We may change these Terms. The new version is published on this page with its effective date. Orders already paid are governed by the version in effect at the moment of payment.
