Privacy policy

This is an English translation for convenience. The Russian version at bublik-games.ru is the legally binding one.

In effect since October 1, 2026

This document describes what data is processed in the games and on the website of the Bublik Games studio (the "studio"). Data controller: Individual Entrepreneur Alexander Sergeevich Shevkunov, INN 616612404282. Processing follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

In short

You can play without signing in, and then we know nothing about you except anonymous visit statistics. Once you sign in with Yandex ID or VK ID, we have an account for you: name, email and a link to your avatar. Signing in is needed so your progress moves between devices and purchases work.

What data we process

Before you sign in

Game progress is stored only in your browser: games played, crowns, achievements, volume, language. We don't see this data and don't receive it on our server. There is one exception: the online features of the game "The Wall: yard against yard", described below. On game platforms, progress is also kept in the platform's own cloud storage.

When you sign in with Yandex ID or VK ID

With your consent, the sign-in provider passes us your profile data. We request and store:

  • the name shown in your profile with the provider;
  • your email address;
  • a link to your profile picture (avatar);
  • the internal ID of your account with the provider;
  • the dates the record was created and of your last sign-in.

Permissions requested: for Yandex ID these are login:email and login:info, for VK ID vkid.personal_info and email. We do not and cannot receive the password to your account with the provider.

After you sign in, the browser gets a technical cookie bublik_sid. It stores only the session number and is needed so you don't have to sign in again on every page.

A signed-in player's game progress is also saved on our server, so it isn't lost and opens on any device.

The game "The Wall: yard against yard"

The online features of The Wall (the weekly leaderboard, crews, fights with live players, fights against a ghost, inviting friends) run on our service, and it needs data that the studio's other games don't. You can play solo fights without the service, and then nothing is sent. When the service is on, it receives and stores:

  • a random player token: the game creates it on its own at your first fight and keeps it in your browser, and the service uses it to recognize you next time. The token is not linked to Yandex ID or VK ID and contains no personal data;
  • your in-game name and yard name, if you set them, plus the name of your crew, its members and their roles: these are visible to other players in the leaderboard, the ghost list and the crew;
  • your fight score: weekly and all-time points, your rank and your yard's circle;
  • fight recordings: which strikes and blocks you pressed and when. They are needed so the service can recompute the fight itself and not accept a made-up score, and so other players can meet your "ghost";
  • your invite code and who you invited and when: to award in-game yard rubles;
  • a technical marker of the request sender (the network address the fight came from). It is written to a log of recent fights, up to five hundred entries, and is used only to protect against score cheating.

The Wall does not ask for bank card details, an email address or your real name. The service does not share data with ad networks and does not sell it. Leaderboard and crew information is shown to all players, so don't put anything personal in your name or yard name.

Why this is needed: to show the leaderboard and crews, to run fights between live people, to check that scores are honest, and to give rewards for invites. Retention: as long as the record is needed for the game; you can have it deleted at any time on request.

How to delete your record or get a copy of it: write to [email protected] with your in-game name, yard name and the approximate date of your last fight. Within 30 days we will delete the player record entirely (token, name, score, fight recordings and invites) or export everything stored about it, and let you know when it's done. The crew you belong to will stay with its other members, but without you.

When you buy something

We store what was bought, the YooKassa payment number, the date and the email address the receipt was issued to. Bank card details never reach us: the payment service accepts them on its side, and we don't see or store them.

When you write to us from a game

We store the text of your message, its type (a problem or a suggestion) and the time. If you are signed in, the message is linked to your account. If not, a technical marker of the sender, including the IP address, is stored with the message: it is used only to protect against floods of identical messages and for nothing else.

Why we need this data

  • Name and avatar: to show who is signed in, on the profile page and in the game.
  • Email: to issue a receipt under Federal Law No. 54-FZ and to restore access to purchases.
  • Provider ID: to recognize you the next time you sign in.
  • Progress: to carry the game between devices.
  • Purchases: to unlock paid content and to sort things out in case of a refund.
  • Messages: to fix what you reported.

Legal basis for processing: your consent, which you give by pressing the sign-in button, and for receipts and purchases also the performance of our agreement with you (the public offer) and legal requirements.

Who we share data with

  • YooKassa (YooMoney, LLC, a non-bank credit institution): when you buy, it receives your email address, the amount and the product name. This lets the service issue you a fiscal receipt, as Federal Law No. 54-FZ requires.
  • Yandex ID and VK ID: receive nothing from us; instead they pass us your profile data with your consent.

Beyond this, we do not sell data or share it with anyone, except in cases directly required by law.

How long we keep data

We keep your account, progress and purchases as long as your account with us exists. Records of purchases and receipts are kept for at least five years, as tax law requires, even if you delete your account: without them we can't confirm a payment in a dispute. Player messages are kept while they are useful for fixing things, but no longer than three years.

How to delete data and withdraw consent

  • Account, progress on the server, name, email and avatar: write to us at [email protected] from the address you signed in with. We delete it within 30 days and let you know when it's done. That same email counts as withdrawal of consent.
  • Progress in the browser: clear the site data in your browser settings.
  • Cloud saves on a game platform: delete them in that platform's settings.

Deleting your account closes access to purchased content: the right to a purchase is tied to that account.

Visit statistics

The site uses Yandex Metrica. It collects anonymous information: device type, screen resolution, country, referral source and which pages were opened. We use it to understand whether the games are comfortable to play and what is worth improving. We cannot link this information to a specific person.

You can turn off collection in your browser settings by blocking cookies, or with a tracker-blocking extension. This does not affect the games or signing in.

Game platforms

The games are available on third-party platforms, including Yandex Games, VK and Odnoklassniki. When you play there, the platform processes data under its own rules: it shows ads, keeps its own statistics and stores cloud saves. We do not receive your platform profile data. Sign-in with Yandex ID and VK ID, purchases on our site and our progress cloud don't work on the platforms: there the platform handles all of this itself.

Advertising

There are no ads on the studio's website. Inside the platforms, ads are shown by the platform itself with its own tools, and they follow that platform's rules.

Children

The games are suitable for all ages, but signing in and purchases are intended for adults. If a child signed in or made a purchase without a parent's consent, write to us: we will delete the account and refund the money.

Changes

If this document changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
