Refund Policy
Effective October 17, 2026
This policy explains when and how we refund purchases made in Bublik Games titles, including the Bublik Games mini app in Telegram. Purchases paid with a Visa or Mastercard card issued outside Russia, Apple Pay or Google Pay are sold by SHEVKUNOV LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 919 North Market Street, Suite 950, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA under the Terms of Service.
In short
Digital items unlock right after payment. If an item did not unlock, unlocked only in part, or does not work because of us, we refund the money. Email us within 14 days of the payment date and we will sort it out.
When we refund
- The item did not unlock within 24 hours of payment.
- The item unlocked only in part or does not work through our fault.
- You were charged twice for the same purchase.
Once an item has unlocked and works, we do not refund it for a change of mind, because digital content is delivered at the moment of payment. This does not limit any rights you have under the law of your country of residence that cannot be waived; where such a law gives you a right to cancel, we honor it.
How to request a refund
Email modeler.alexander@gmail.com and include:
- the date, amount and payment method;
- the game and the item you bought;
- your Telegram username if you bought in Telegram, or the email of your account if you bought on the website;
- what went wrong.
We reply within 3 business days. Approved card refunds go back to the original card or wallet; your bank usually credits them within 5 to 10 business days. After a refund, access to the item is closed. If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank: it is faster for you.

Purchases made on third-party game platforms are refunded under the rules of those platforms.
No ads for a month
"No ads for a month" paid by card is a one-time 30-day purchase that does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Paid with Stars, it is a Telegram subscription that you can cancel in Telegram Settings, section My Stars; the month already paid runs to its end.
